Sirloin on the Bone



Sirloin on the Bone, a great cut of meat. Meadowbrook Sirloin on the Bone is selected from British beef, with a good fat covering and marbling, matured for minimum 28 days in our Himalayan salt chamber.

Cut on the bone the sirloin steak cooks better and has added flavour from cooking on the bone. Cooking Sirloin on the Bone also reduces the amount the steak contracts during cooking.

Sirloin on the bone cooks equally well on the griddle, in a pan or on the BBQ.
