The plain pork sausage meat comes unseasoned and perfect for the home cook to season, mix and spice to taste. Turn it into meat balls or mix with a sage and onion stuffing mix for a great stuffing

Meat balls recipe. 500g Meadow plain pork sausage meat, 2 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, salt and pepper to taste or even a little chilli for spice. Mix all together well, roll into balls chill to hold their shape. Cook in a little oil and place in an oven proof dish. Add to the meatball cooking pan 1 finely chopped red onion, 2 cloves finely chopped garlic. Cook to soften the onion then add a tin of chopped tomatoes, simmer then pour over the meatballs and grated mozzarella or cheddar and bake
