Meadowbrook Minute Steaks are often cut from the end of the sirloin, they are as the name suggest a thin steak, which if flattened with a meat hammer will be even thinner and only takes a minute or on each side to cook.

Minute Steaks are great plain or marinated and grilled on the BBQ

You can of course use Minute Steaks for slow cooked dishes too
