Fillet Steak is the most tender of the beef cuts, it has little fat and no sinews.

Meadowbrook Fillet Steaks are prepared to restaurant specification, trimmed, rolled in cling wrap (remember to remove) and cut to an average weight of 7ozs/200grm. Rolling gives a really superb even shape which helps with both presentation and cooking.
